We're seeking an experienced Counter/ Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, drive business growth, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. As a Counter/ Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand our customer base, resolving customer issues, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Greeting customers and assisting them in picking up their order
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Answering phones and managing all carry-out orders
- This position is relied upon to maintain a calm and positive attitude while also being diligent on expediting orders
- Checking to ensure each order is prepared to the guest specifications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
