Role Overview
The Front Desk & Office Support Associate keeps reach52's India office running smoothly day to day - welcoming visitors, keeping the workspace clean and well-stocked, and providing hands-on support with pantry service, packing, and material handling. The role works closely with Admin and HR to ensure a well-maintained, hygienic, and welcoming office environment for staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Support
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk
- Manage incoming calls, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate basic office access
Office Housekeeping & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, common areas, pantry
- Carry out daily dusting, mopping, and waste disposal as per office schedule
- Restock office supplies, toiletries, and pantry essentials as needed
Pantry & Refreshments
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and light refreshments for staff and guests
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry equipment, crockery, and utensils
- Coordinate food and catering arrangements for meetings and office events
Packing, Loading & Material Handling
- Support packing, loading, and unloading office materials and courier shipments
- Assist with arranging furniture, equipment, and materials for meetings or events
- Support basic stock checks of office supplies and consumables
General Administrative Support
- Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
- Assist with organising meeting rooms and event setups
- Support coordination with facilities vendors (housekeeping supplies, pantry, maintenance etc.)
- Any other ad hoc tasks required as per normal day-to-day office and admin work
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12th pass; any previous experience with office administration a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration, housekeeping, or hospitality preferred
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (or the local language)
- Physically able to handle packing, loading, and material movement tasks
- Pleasant, service-oriented attitude with strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
