Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, increase student admissions, and build strong institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the EdTech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Calicut and nearby regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into student admissions.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and admission targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission closure.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for successful campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of Business Development experience in the EdTech/Education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in institutional sales and partnership development is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
