Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer & Graphic Designer to join our educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality videos, photographs, and graphic content for academic, cultural, promotional, and social media activities. Freshers with strong creative skills, a good portfolio, and a passion for visual storytelling are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Video Production
- Capture and record videos of academic events, seminars, workshops, sports activities, annual functions, and institutional programs.
- Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, student success stories, interviews, and campus tours.
- Handle the complete video production process from concept development to final delivery.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and digital campaigns.
- Manage video equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting, and accessories.
Photography
- Conduct still photography for events, classrooms, laboratories, campus activities, and marketing materials.
- Edit and enhance photographs for print and digital use.
- Maintain an organized archive of photos and videos.
Graphic Design
- Design posters, brochures, banners, flyers, certificates, presentations, newsletters, and social media creatives.
- Create branding and promotional materials aligned with the institution's guidelines.
- Develop engaging visual content for admissions campaigns, events, and institutional communications.
Content & Social Media Support
- Assist in creating content for websites, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand communication requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay updated with current design, photography, and video trends.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of videography, photography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or equivalent.
- Understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or certification in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Film Making, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills and portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in educational institutions, media houses, or digital agencies will be an added advantage.
