Production & Process Management
- Line Operations: Supervise the pre-treatment, spray booth, and curing oven operations.
- Equipment Control: Monitor and adjust machine settings like gun voltage, air pressure, powder flow rate, and oven temperatures.
- Workflow Scheduling: Plan shift schedules, assign daily tasks, and meet production targets.
Quality Control & Troubleshooting
- Quality Inspections: Perform dry film thickness (DFT) checks, adhesion tests, and visual inspections for defects.
- Defect Resolution: Troubleshoot issues like peeling, orange peel texture, pinholes, or poor adhesion.
- Process Optimization: Reduce rework rates, minimize waste, and improve overall line efficiency.
Team Leadership & Safety
- Staff Management: Train new operators, assign duties, and evaluate team performance.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce shop-floor safety rules, conduct safety audits, and maintain 5S workplace organization.
- Department Coordination: Communicate daily updates with management, maintenance, and quality control teams.
