Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in acquiring and managing BPO projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in bringing Backend Operations, Email Support, Chat Support, and Inbound Customer Service projects from reputed domestic and international clients. The candidate must possess strong business connections, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record of generating revenue through client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients and projects.
- Generate business opportunities for Back-end Processes, Email Support, Chat Support, Inbound Customer Support, and Non-Voice Operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers from reputed organisations and brands.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Represent the company at business meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the BPO/ITES industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Presentable, professional, and confident personality.
- Proven experience in acquiring Back-end, Email Support, Chat Support, and Inbound Process projects.
- Strong network of clients, aggregators, brokers, and business partners.
- Experience working with reputed organisations and handling large client accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business deals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with experience in bringing projects from large brands and multinational companies will be preferred.
- Existing client portfolio and industry contacts will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international outsourcing markets.
