Job Title: Accounts Executive – (E-commerce & Foreign Remittances)
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: B. Com/M. Com or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Foreign Remittances, and E-commerce Finance.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Import & Export invoicing.
- Good Knowledge of inward and outward foreign remittances.
- Experience in e-commerce finance/accounting operations.
- Understanding of FEMA, RBI regulations, and international payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle import/export invoices and foreign remittance transactions.
- Reconcile e-commerce sales, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Coordinate with banks, payment gateways, and logistics teams.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support GST/TDS compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in month-end closing.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
