Job Summary
The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for managing Human Resources, Administration, Employee Engagement, and Office Operations while supporting business growth. The role requires a proactive leader who can build a high-performing workforce, maintain a positive work culture, optimize operational costs, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across all departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Plan manpower and recruit quality talent.
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmations, and exits.
- Develop and monitor KPIs/KRAs.
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
- Arrange birthday celebrations, festivals, work anniversaries, and recognition programs.
- Organize team outings, field trips, recreational activities, and annual events.
- Promote a positive, motivated, and collaborative work culture.
Administration
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, security, reception, and office support staff.
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth daily operations.
- Manage office assets, stationery, pantry, and facility requirements.
- Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and company events.
Sample & Inventory Management
- Maintain and track product samples, catalogues, and sample books.
- Coordinate sample issuance, returns, and periodic audits.
Vendor & Expense Management
- Manage vendors, quotations, and service contracts.
- Verify employee reimbursements and administrative expenses.
- Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Recommend operational improvements and process efficiencies.
Business Support
- Support new store openings, exhibitions, and special projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Prepare HR and Administration MIS reports for management.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Financial & Operational
- Administrative cost savings achieved
