We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 10–15+ years of proven experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry.
Key Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of experience in Business Development within the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation, Strategic Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management.
- Strong experience in STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, ZLD, Water Recycling, and Turnkey EPC Projects.
- Proven track record of generating new business, closing high-value projects, and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience working with high-turnover organizations in the Water Treatment/EPC sector.
- Well-established network with industrial clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, EPC contractors, builders, and government organizations across South India.
- Hands-on experience in tender participation, techno-commercial proposals, contract negotiation, and project closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering). MBA is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
