Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale the creator ecosystem for a fast-growing premium beauty brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian beauty content landscape, excellent creator relationships, and experience driving end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram and YouTube.
This role will be instrumental in shaping consumer engagement through creator-led and expert-driven storytelling.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Strategy & Partnerships
- Develop and execute the influencer marketing roadmap aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry experts across beauty, skincare, and wellness categories.
- Identify and nurture long-term creator partnerships and brand advocates.
- Ensure influencer initiatives align with premium brand positioning and storytelling.
Campaign Execution & Content Amplification
- Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including creator sourcing, briefing, content coordination, and delivery.
- Drive creator-led storytelling for product launches, educational initiatives, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with content and creative teams to maximize engagement and campaign impact.
- Support amplification of creator content across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Creator Network & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong network of creators, agencies, talent managers, and industry experts.
- Identify emerging creators, trends, and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop long-term partnerships with high-performing creators.
- Support content planning and platform execution across key social channels.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and creator effectiveness using key engagement metrics.
- Generate insights to improve campaign ROI and content quality.
- Establish structured reporting processes to support scaling and future investments.
Candidate ProfileExperience
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing within beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem.
- Prior experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
- Existing relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with content publishing workflows and audience engagement strategies.
