Claswin Seafood LLC is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive – Voice Process to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, promoting seafood products, and maintaining strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers across the USA market.
- Introduce and promote the company's seafood products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding product inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Excel databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order processing.
- Send product catalogs, price lists, and promotional emails to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
