HR Assistant Job Description
An HR Assistant helps the Human Resources department with daily administrative and employee-related tasks. They support hiring, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and communication inside the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Help with recruitment and interview scheduling
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Handle attendance and leave records
- Support payroll and benefits processing
- Answer employee queries about HR policies
- Prepare reports and HR data updates
- Organize meetings, training, and company events
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA HR preferred)
- Basic HR knowledge or internship experience is helpful
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
