Proser Industries is seeking energetic & motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates or freshers who are passionate about building a career in Business Development, Sales & Marketing within the Mechanical Manufacturing Industry.
This role is tailor-made for Mechanical Engineers who wish to leverage their technical foundation in a client-facing, commercially driven role. You will gain real industry exposure, hands-on learning & an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a growing manufacturing company.
During the 6-month training period, you will develop practical skills in client communication, market research, lead generation & industrial B2B sales processes — all within the context of mechanical & engineering products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential clients, business opportunities & target markets in the engineering & manufacturing sector.
- Conduct market research & lead generation specific to mechanical products, components & industrial solutions.
- Support the preparation of technical sales proposals, product presentations & commercial quotations.
- Apply mechanical product knowledge to understand client requirements & communicate solutions effectively.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, social media updates & online promotion of company products & services.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production & operations teams for client requirements & project follow-ups.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events & B2B business meetings.
- Maintain & update sales reports, customer databases & CRM records accurately.
- Build & nurture long-term relationships with prospective & existing clients in the manufacturing ecosystem.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Freshers are welcomed.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn business development and client-facing roles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
