Duties :
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to respective person.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Maintain the day to day record in excel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva
- Experience designing social media creatives, reels, brochures & marketing materials
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Video editing skills will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skill.
- knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Quick learner.
