Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with more than 4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, documenting the requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements, creating BRS, SRS and design documents.
- Perform quality assurance and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
- Develop analytics-driven solutions to business problems, and present and explain findings to senior management.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Manage projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures and documents.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related field. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SQL databases, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating reports.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- A record of following through on commitments.
- CRM Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly articulate complex problems and solutions to a varied audience.
