About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of building construction projects in Wardha. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects and be capable of managing site activities from foundation to finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day building construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Plan and monitor labour, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Verify measurements and contractor bills.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Conduct quality checks for RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Resolve technical issues at the construction site.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC work, finishing work, and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Candidates willing to work full-time at the Wardha project site.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month ( based on experience and skills)
