Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Head to lead the complete manufacturing operations of a refrigeration production facility. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in production management, preferably in refrigerators, cooling appliances, or home appliance manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end refrigerator production operations to achieve production targets.
- Develop production plans and ensure timely execution as per customer and business requirements.
- Monitor productivity, production efficiency, manpower utilization, and manufacturing costs.
- Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams for smooth production.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production processes.
- Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, yield, rejection rate, downtime, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead, train, and develop production managers, engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor teams.
- Prepare production MIS reports and present operational performance to senior management.
- Support new product introduction and process improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. MBA/PGDM in Operations is an added advantage.
- Experience: 10–15 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, preferably in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Home Appliances, or Consumer Durables.
- Strong knowledge of assembly-line operations, production planning, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and OEE.
- Experience managing large production teams and manufacturing targets.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
