We are looking for a passionate and driven Center Head to lead our preschool operations and create a safe, nurturing, and enriching learning environment.
Role Overview
The Center Head will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the preschool while upholding the highest standards of early childhood education and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day center operations
- Drive admissions and parent engagement initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation
- Lead teacher training and development programs
- Maintain strong communication with parents
- Manage facility upkeep and safety standards
- Plan and execute marketing and center events
- Establish and manage preschool business processes
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of early childhood education (preferred)
- Prior preschool or education sector experience is an advantage
- Highly motivated with strong organizational abilities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
