About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible Laboratory & Operations Assistant to support our Research & Development laboratory and day-to-day operations for our Skincare & Cosmetics Brand. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the cosmetics, skincare, research, and manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will work closely with our R&D, Production, and Management teams while gaining hands-on exposure to laboratory operations, product development, and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the R&D team in laboratory organization, and daily operations.
- Maintain laboratory inventory, chemicals, raw materials, packaging samples, and consumables.
- Support sample preparation, labeling, storage, and documentation.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for routine operational requirements.
- Support management with day-to-day office and operational activities.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience preferred. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass, Diploma, ITI, Graduate, or any equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email communication, Google Drive / Google Workspace, Internet browsing
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Honest, disciplined, and dependable.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling laboratory and operational tasks.
- Basic English.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
