This is a customer support role focused on resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through real-time, text-based chat conversations, often requiring multitasking, excellent written communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain high customer satisfaction. We require at least one year experience in online chat support. This is work from home(WFH) opportunity with evening and morning shift .
Core Responsibilities
- Real-time Support: Handling customer questions and requests through live chat interfaces.
- Information Provision: Furnishing detailed information about services, and policies to customers.
- Customer Interaction Management: Recording details of customer interactions and tracking the actions taken.
- Escalation: Identifying and escalating critical or priority customer issues to appropriate higher-level support teams.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously updating knowledge on company products, services, and relevant processes.
