2. Program Explanation & Expectation Setting
- Clearly explain the Amura health program
- Set realistic expectations (limitations + process clarity)
- Ensure clients fully understand the journey before onboarding
3. Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups/check-ins
- Address concerns and ensure satisfaction post-onboarding
- Maintain long-term engagement
4. Empathy-Driven Communication
- Actively listen and respond with empathy
- Adapt communication based on client situations
- Build trust rather than push decisions
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the medical team
- Resolve client-specific queries and requests effectively
6. Lead Tracking & CRM Usage
- Use internal lead management tools
- Track interactions, follow-ups, and client progress
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
