About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO initiatives that improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with content, development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform regular website audits and recommend improvements for crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using SEO tools.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content for search engines.
- Manage link-building campaigns and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
- Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and resolve website issues.
- Track algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members while ensuring timely project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- SEO certifications from Google, HubSpot, or recognized digital marketing platforms are a plus.
- Experience working with B2B, IT services, SaaS, or international clients is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,431.53 - ₹60,518.51 per month
