We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist(HR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
- Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process.
- Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and on-campus recruitment drives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- [1-2] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.

Pay: ₹10,022.66 - ₹40,000.00 per month
