Job Summary
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling telephone and email communications, coordinating front office operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner.
- Manage visitor records and issue visitor passes as per school protocols.
- Handle inward and outward correspondence, courier services, and document dispatch.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support student admissions by responding to general enquiries and directing prospective parents to the admissions team.
- Maintain records, files, and front office registers accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of visitor and parent queries.
- Monitor office supplies and raise requisitions when required.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service, or administrative roles. Experience in an educational institution is preferred.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience working in schools or educational institutions.
- Knowledge of school ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in the local language is desirable.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
