We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage the Company's accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in handling day-to-day financial activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reimbursements.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset records and inventory-related accounting entries.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and accounting standards.
- Support management by providing financial analysis and MIS reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and Company records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
