Engineering Virtual Built Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a leading AEC consultancy specialising in BIM, MEP, Architectural, Structural, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) services for international and domestic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in AEC, BIM, MEP, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors etc in GCC & other international markets.
- Generate leads through various channels like LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and coordinate with technical teams for proposals and commercial offers.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the AEC, BIM, MEP, construction, or engineering consultancy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Knowledge of BIM, MEP, architectural, and engineering consultancy services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email communication.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in international project sales.
- Experience in GCC will be an added advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities within the construction and engineering industry.
Travel Requirement
Candidate must be willing to travel locally or internationally extensively for client meetings, business development activities, and project coordination as required by the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
