We are seeking a skilled and responsible System Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, online transaction processes, hardware systems, and software operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in system administration, networking, banking transaction handling, and office IT support.
Key Responsibilities
Online Transaction & Payment Management
- Handle and monitor all types of online banking transactions.
- Process and maintain records of:
- Online Payments
- Electricity Board (EB) Payments
- RTO Online Payments
- Government-related online transactions
- Ensure timely payment processing and transaction verification.
- Coordinate with banks and service providers for transaction-related issues.
System & Hardware Support
- Provide hardware support for office systems, printers, scanners, and related devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets and hardware.
Software & CRM Management
- Generate and maintain reports from Cinema CRM Software.
- Support users in software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper system access and software functionality across departments.
Network & IT Infrastructure Support
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, LAN/WAN, internet configuration, and router management.
- Coordinate with internet service providers for connectivity issues.
- Ensure network stability and data security practices.
Technical Support & Administration
- Provide technical assistance to employees for system-related issues.
- Perform regular system maintenance and backup activities.
- Ensure antivirus updates and cybersecurity practices are followed.
- Maintain proper documentation for IT operations and transaction activities.
