We are looking for a skilled Siebel Order Management Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Siebel CRM and Order Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing order workflows, configuring Siebel applications, supporting business users, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Siebel Order Management processes.
- Configure and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
- Analyze business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Perform testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel Order Management.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM architecture and modules.
- Experience in Order Capture, Order Fulfillment, and Workflow Management.
- Knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Workflows, Business Components, and Business Services.
- Experience with SQL and database queries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Telecom domain.
- Knowledge of EAI, Web Services, and Integration technologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Pay: ₹20,044.40 - ₹57,484.25 per month
