* Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Attendance and leave management
* Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll records
* Create employee credentials (Email IDs, Attendance App, System Access, etc.)
* Issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents
* Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
* Handle administrative and office coordination tasks
* Maintain HR MIS and employee database
* Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
* Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements
* Resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes
* Support performance appraisal and employee lifecycle activities
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
