Shift Timings: Night Shift (2 way cabs)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via call
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
Education: 12th PUC or UG Degree
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English.
Salary: Voice process – 21k in hand + Nightshift allowances +Incentives
Semi Voice process – 17k in hand + Nightshift allowances + Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
