Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
Generate business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings.
Develop relationships with HR, Administration, Marketing, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Represent Asthetikk Events at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Client Management
Understand the client's objectives, event requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and venue visits.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and event concepts.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business.
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
Project Management
Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with the internal production, operations, logistics, creative, and vendor teams.
Prepare event timelines, execution plans, and checklists.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Handle client communication before, during, and after the event.
Event Execution
Lead on-ground execution of corporate events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the event.
Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally.
Deliver a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
Business Operations
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and project documentation.
Track enquiries, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Work closely with management to develop pricing strategies, service offerings, and growth plans for the Corporate Events division.

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong B2B sales and relationship management abilities.
Experience in proposal preparation and client presentations.
Good project planning and coordination skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Preferred Experience
3–6 years of experience in Corporate Events, Event Management, Business Development, Hospitality Sales, B2B Sales, Brand Activations, or Marketing Services.
Proven experience in managing corporate clients from lead generation to successful event execution.
Existing corporate network in Pune will be an added advantage.
