Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and strong hands-on experience in recruitment for Manufacturing Industries.
The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and achieve recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Source and screen candidates for various Manufacturing Industries roles.
Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate documentation and joining formalities.
Coordinate the candidate onboarding and joining process.
Build and maintain an updated candidate database.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Work towards achieving recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Mandatory Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment is mandatory.
Recruitment experience for Manufacturing Industries is mandatory.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Good interview coordination and candidate follow-up skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for recruitment is preferred.
