- Hazard Identification & Audits: Inspecting machinery, equipment, and premises regularly to identify unsafe conditions or acts.
- Policy Implementation: Developing and revising health and safety programs in line with current legislation.
- Incident Investigation: Leading investigations into workplace accidents, near-misses, and injuries to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Training & Drills: Organizing safety training sessions, tool-box talks, and evacuation drills for staff and executives.
- Enforcement: Exercising authority to immediately halt any hazardous processes or unsafe behaviors.
- Reporting: Maintaining detailed records and compiling statistical safety reports for upper management.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
