Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode. The Junior Architect will assist in designing and drafting architectural plans, collaborating with senior architects and team members to develop conceptual and detailed design solutions. Responsibilities include preparing design presentations, contributing to project documentation, assisting with client presentations, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring the integration of systems within architectural designs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
- Experience or strong interest in Parametric Architecture (preferred).
- Experience or interest in Software Development and Integration to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Capability in Project Management, including working with timelines, task coordination, and milestone tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Knowledge of relevant architectural software tools is highly beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
