Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities, vendor management, and material sourcing for our organization. The candidate will ensure timely purchasing of quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and smooth inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for the organization
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Compare quotations and finalize cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate with different departments regarding material requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery from suppliers
- Prepare purchase reports and maintain procurement documentation
- Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement or purchase management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of vendor management and inventory processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors

- Leadership and team management
- Cost analysis and budgeting knowledge
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in construction/hospitality procurement is an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
