Salary: Up to ₹1,50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Management
Drive mall growth, profitability, revenue generation, footfall, and occupancy performance.
Leasing & Tenant Relationship Management
Manage tenant relationships, leasing coordination, renewals, tenant mix, and stakeholder engagement.
Mall Operations & Facility Management
Oversee day-to-day mall operations, maintenance, security, housekeeping, parking, and facility standards.
Marketing, Branding & Customer Experience
Lead marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and customer engagement strategies to enhance mall visibility and experience.
Financial Planning & Budget Management
Manage budgeting, P&L, rental income, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, safety, and operational requirements.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Strong network and market understanding for onboarding leading retail brands, anchor tenants, and strategic partnerships
Sound knowledge of leasing, compliance, safety, and facility operations
