Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable TGT Social Studies teacher to teach middle and secondary classes (Grades VI to X). The role involves helping students develop an understanding of History, Geography, Civics, Economics, and related social science concepts through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Social Studies subjects as per CBSE curriculum (Grades VI to X)
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons
- Encourage critical thinking, discussions, and analytical skills among students
- Use activity-based and experiential learning methods in the classroom
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records
- Integrate current affairs and real-world examples into teaching
- Conduct classroom activities, projects, and presentations
- Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities
- Support overall student development and discipline
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Social Science, or relevant field
- B.Ed. (mandatory / as per norms)
- 1–3 years of teaching experience (CBSE experience preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge in Social Studies
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to make concepts engaging and relatable for students
- Student-centric and activity-based teaching approach
- Familiarity with educational technology tools
- Ability to handle adolescent learners effectively

- Willingness to support students beyond regular school hours when required

- As per our food and accommodation policy, employees who relocate will be provided meals free of cost on the school campus. Accommodation, however, will need to be arranged independently outside the campus, whether you choose to relocate alone or with your family.
