Job Title: Field Sales Executive - FMCG / Kirana Distribution

Location: Area will be allocated based on your residential location (Borivali, / Vasai / Kalyan)
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month + performance incentives + travel allowance

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new kirana store clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers
- Promote OneKiraana’s private labelling solutions
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure continuous ground-level engagement
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience (FMCG, retail, or distribution background preferred)
- Experience selling staples, pulses, rice, spices, or dry fruits is a strong plus
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork and store-to-store visits
- Owns a two-wheeler for daily travel (fuel/travel allowance provided)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
