Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong end-to-end accounting experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing complete books of accounts, statutory compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts. The candidate must be proficient in Tally and Advanced Excel and should be capable of handling accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting activities independently.
- Maintain books of accounts with accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Finalize books of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Manage journal entries, accruals, provisions, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure proper accounting documentation and internal controls.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting and compliance matters.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, Data Validation, Lookup Functions, Charts, etc.).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in account finalization and audit support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter or CMA Inter candidates are preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling complete accounting independently.
- Strong exposure to statutory compliance and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
