Job Description
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as HR Recruiters on a work-from-home basis.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition and gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Work on assigned recruitment requirements and close positions within the given timeline.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team throughout the recruitment process.
Internship & Career Opportunity
- 3-month HR Recruitment Internship with a stipend provided.
- Candidates will receive practical exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided for successfully closing recruitment requirements.
- Based on overall performance and successful completion of assigned requirements, candidates may be considered for a full-time HR role.
- Full-time compensation can be up to ₹3 LPA, based on performance and suitability.
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR concepts.
- Willingness to learn and work with recruitment targets.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
