We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer who excels in design and drawing mastery, with a keen focus on precision and adherence to industry standards. This role encompasses comprehensive project management from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks align with project scope and timelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in infrastructure detailing, structural analysis, and project supervision both on-site and off-site.
· Lead the end-to-end execution of a wide range of civil and interior projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
· Oversee all civil projects (Commercial and Residential projects), managing construction processes, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Diligently monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and promptly addressing any deviations to optimize project efficiency.
· Implement rigorous quality control measures across various project components to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards promptly.
· Foster effective collaboration by coordinating with diverse agencies, including Civil, Interior, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
· Facilitate seamless communication and integration of efforts to achieve project milestones cohesively.
· Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate project estimates.
· Utilize in-depth knowledge of industry pricing and materials to ensure precise project cost projections.

· Maintain meticulous records throughout the project lifecycle, documenting key milestones, changes, and communication.

· Utilize AutoCAD proficiency to contribute to the design and planning stages, ensuring accurate representation of project requirements.
Qualification:
B.E. (Civil Engineering) is must.
