- Identify, evaluate, and apply for relevant tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and Non-GeM portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents as per guidelines.
- Coordinate with management and departments for timely submission.
- Maintain and update tender records, follow-ups, and status reports.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and authorities for tender-related matters.
- Stay updated on tender opportunities and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year and maximum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in both GeM and Non-GeM tenders preferred.
- If not both, Non-GeM tender experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
