Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring quality candidate closures across functions. This role focuses on sourcing the right talent, maintaining recruitment efficiency, and delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and feedback
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen candidates using Vedita Ventures’ BARE Fit framework to assess suitability
- Maintain candidate database, trackers, and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM tools
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders and ensure smooth hiring process
- Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Participate in team review meetings and contribute to process improvements
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Number of positions closed per month
- Interview-to-offer ratio and offer-to-join ratio
- Turnaround Time (TAT) for assigned mandates
- Hiring manager and candidate satisfaction feedback
- Accuracy and consistency in ATS/Tracker updates
Skills & Attitude:
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job platforms)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage hiring timelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience using ATS or CRM recruitment tools
- Exposure to hiring across multiple functions (HR, Sales, Operations, Tech, etc.)
- Understanding of structured interview and evaluation techniques
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
