Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Generate leads for visa, study abroad, and real estate services through calls, field visits, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct client meetings, assess needs, and present suitable service packages
- Convert inquiries into paying clients and meet monthly revenue targets
Market Development
- Identify B2C and B2B tie-up opportunities with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and housing societies
- Represent the company at education fairs, property expos, and community events
- Track competitor activity and report market intelligence to management
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain an active lead pipeline with regular follow-ups using CRM tools or trackers
- Coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding
- Handle client queries and escalate complex cases appropriately
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit weekly reports on leads, meetings, and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, referral programs, and promotional drives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
- Prior exposure to immigration, education, or real estate is preferred — not mandatory
- Strong communication in English and Hindi; regional language is a bonus
- Comfortable with direct client interaction, presentations, and follow-up negotiations
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and lead tracking tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork
- Valid driving licence preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
