Key Responsibilities
Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants regarding compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and update management on compliance requirements.
HR Compliance & Documentation
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify areas of risk.
- Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Payroll & Statutory Coordination
- Verify payroll compliance related to statutory deductions and contributions.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory filings.
- Support payroll audits and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
Audit & Reporting
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain records of compliance activities, inspections, notices, and legal documentation.
Employee Relations
- Guide employees and management on labor law-related matters.
- Address compliance-related employee concerns and grievances.
- Support disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
