Qualifications/ Requirements
- Proficiency in Marketing and Communication strategies
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and crafting engaging campaigns
- Competence in Web Content Writing to create appealing and accurate materials
- Strong skills in Web Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance
- Experience in B2B email marketing, SDR operations, growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound automation roles
- Demonstrated understanding of email deliverability — open rate, bounce rate, spam complaint rate, warm-up protocols, domain reputation.
- Strong written English; comfort drafting personalised emails, LinkedIn DMs and WhatsApp messages within Meta-approved templates.
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising tools is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
