PMC Agency Requirement
We are looking for an experienced PMC (Project Management Consultancy) agency to manage the execution of luxury interior projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, community, and institutional sectors.
The PMC agency will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed as per approved drawings, design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Overall project planning, monitoring, and execution management.
Coordination between clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project schedules, quality, budgets, and progress.
Coordinate all services including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, AV, Security, and other MEP works.
Review contractor performance, procurement, and billing.
Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting.
Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Requirements
Experience managing luxury interior and fit-out projects.
Proven track record across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, community, and institutional projects.
Strong project management, site coordination, and MEP coordination capabilities.
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
The selected agency will be expected to ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, coordination, and execution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
