As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, manages resources, and aligns project objectives with organizational goals while adapting to dynamic project environments. Collaboration with diverse teams across multiple locations is a key aspect, facilitating effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones. The role demands a proactive approach to managing schedules, budgets, and risks to support successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and resolve conflicts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience in coordinating complex projects within a globally distributed delivery model.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies specific to laboratory and execution system projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
