ROLE: BEAUTY ADVISOR
LOCATION: INDORE
As a Retail Sales Executive at Kimirica, you are the face of the brand on the floor. Your role is to deliver an exceptional, personalised experience to every customer who walks in — through deep product knowledge, genuine consultations, and a warm, premium approach to service. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to drive sales, build relationships, and represent the Kimirica brand with confidence and care.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Warm, confident, and articulate communication with walk-in customers
- Strong product knowledge and ability to give honest, informed recommendations Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions and basket size
- Ability to understand customer skin types, concerns, and preferences
- High grooming standards and professional presentation at all times
- Comfortable with POS billing, basic inventory tasks, and store upkeep
- Eagerness to learn, upskill, and grow within a premium beauty environment Team player with a positive, proactive attitude on the floor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Beauty, Cosmetology, or Hospitality background preferred
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in beauty, skincare, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory
- Tools: Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
