Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Branding & Market Development
Location: Hubli, Karnataka
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive brand visibility, market expansion, and channel engagement in the Hubli region. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Bath Fittings and Sanitary Ware industry, strong product knowledge of faucets and sanitary ware, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, plumbers, architects, and builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute branding and market development activities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and plumbers.
- Organize plumber meets, dealer meets, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Increase brand awareness and strengthen market presence.
- Promote the company's range of faucets, sanitary ware, and bath fitting products.
- Identify new business opportunities and support dealer network expansion.
- Conduct regular market visits and collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement business development initiatives.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional and branding activities.
- Submit regular activity reports and market updates to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Bath Fittings, Faucets, Sanitary Ware, CP Fittings, Tiles, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Strong product knowledge of faucets, sanitary ware, and bathroom solutions is mandatory.
- Experience in dealer engagement, plumber meets, branding activities, and market development programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned objectives.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
- Candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days may also be considered.
